With the demand for Salvalco Eco- Valve continuing to grow, the business is increasing their production capacity through expansion of their factory and warehouse facility in Thailand.
The refurb is a joint venture with contract manufacturer Sanit & Sons. With the upgrade of the factory and construction of the new warehouse doubling their current manufacturing footprint. It is here that production of the optimised Eco-Valve will take place, with new high speed assembly assets being installed to maximise capacity and efficiency.
A timely investment as Salvalco’s client portfolio continues to rapidly expand. With big name brands including Nivea, Rossmann and Proctor & Gamble’s Native deodorant spray just a few of the companies making the switch to Eco-Valve and inert gas propellant.
Peter Shaw, Managing Director, Salvalco said:
“We are delighted to have worked closely with contract manufacturer Sanit & Sons to expand the factory and warehouse facility. To keep pace with demand, we knew that as interest in Eco-Valve grew, investment in the necessary infrastructure would be essential. Ensuring that the factory was robust enough to meet this demand. We are delighted with the outcome and look forward to supporting all our existing and future customers on their journey with inert gas propellant and to a more sustainable future.”
