Less than a year after announcing its expansion plans, Salvalco and manufacturing partner SNS EcoPack Ltd (SEP) held the official opening ceremony at their new manufacturing facility in Thailand, marking a major milestone in Salvalco’s continued growth and strengthening its ability to supply sustainable aerosol valve technology to customers worldwide.
The new factory is purpose built incorporating the latest technologies for greater efficiency and with an increased aerosol valve production capacity.
Alongside Eco-Valve™ production, the new facility is now manufacturing Salvalco’s latest Eco-Inverted™ valve allowing customers to develop nitrogen-powered aerosols that perform reliably and consistently even when used upside down. Useful for products such as sun protection sprays, insecticides, deodorants, dry shampoos and paints to name but a few.
International demand for nitrogen propellent aerosol technology continues to grow as brands seek alternatives to LPG derived propellants. Salvalco has been investing in research & development plus manufacturing capacity over several years to support this growth.
Peter Shaw, Managing Director said:
“Opening this facility is far more than the completion of a building. It represents years of planning, investment and collaboration with our partners at SNS EcoPack Ltd. Most importantly, it gives us the manufacturing capability to support our customers as adoption of nitrogen-powered aerosols accelerates around the world.
The addition of Eco-Inverted™ production alongside Eco-Valve™ demonstrates our commitment to bringing innovative, sustainable aerosol technologies to market at scale.”
As Salvalco continues to expand its portfolio of nitrogen-enabled aerosol technologies, the new Thailand facility provides the platform for future product innovation, increased production capacity and continued support for global brand owners transitioning towards more sustainable aerosol solutions.
